LEMON DROP SHOT
Ice Cubes
⅔ Part Absolut Citron
½ Part Lemon Juice
¼ Part Simple Syrup
1 Wedge Lemon

How to mix
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled shot glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a sugar rim.

BLACK RUSSIAN

Ingredients
Ice Cubes
1 Part Absolut Vodka
1 Part Kahlúa
1 Whole Cherry

How to mix
Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Garnish with a cherry.

TOM COLLINS

2 ounces Old Tom or London Dry gin
1 ounce simple syrup
¾ ounce lemon juice
Soda water
Lemon wedge, for garnish
Cocktail cherry, for garnish

Shake gin, syrup and juice with ice until chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into an ice-filled highball. Top with soda water. Garnish with lemon wheel or wedge and a cherry.

AMARETTO SOUR

1 1/2 ounces amaretto liqueur
1 1/2 ounces sweet and sour mix
lemon lime soda like Sprite or 7UP

Top with sprite and enjoy!

PINEAPPLE CRUSH COCKTAIL

1 pineapple peeled cored and cut into large chunks (cut 8 small pieces for garnish)
1 cup vodka
Ice
1 jar maraschino cherries

Place pineapple, vodka and 2 cups of ice in blender. Mix on high for 2 minutes or until blended. Pour over ice. Add 1- 2 tablespoons maraschino cherry juice to each glass. The more cherry juice you add the sweeter it will be. Garnish with pineapple and maraschino cherries on toothpicks or skewers

CHERRY BOMB

4 fluid ounces rum
1 liter lime soda
4 fluid ounces grenadine syrup
1 lime, juiced
1 lime, sliced
4 maraschino cherries

In a mixing glass combine rum, lime soda, grenadine and lime juice. Mix well and pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with lime slices and cherries.
