A Few New Recipes

LEMON DROP SHOT
Ice Cubes
⅔ Part Absolut Citron
½ Part Lemon Juice
¼ Part Simple Syrup
1 Wedge Lemon

 SATSUMA FIZZ
1 satsuma (or manadrin), segmented
2 ounces freshly squeezed orange (satsuma!) juice
1 to 2 ounces vodka or gin (your preference)
1 ounce simple syrup
4 to 5 ounces champagne or prosecco


MAPLE BOURBON SMASH (LAMBRUSCO SMASH)
1 750mL bottle lambrusco
12 ounces orange soda
4 ounces bourbon
2 ounces maple syrup
orange wedges for serving

for the rim:
¼ cup coarse sugar
2 tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
orange wedges for rimming

• In a large pitcher, stir together the lambrusco, bourbon, orange soda and maple syrup.
• Stir together the cinnamon and sugar on a plate. Rim the glass with an orange wedge and dip the glass in the cinnamon sugar.
• Fill the glass with ice and pour the lambrusco over top. Garnish with an orange wedge!

IRISH GOLD WHISKEY
2 ounces Irish whiskey
1/2 ounce peach schnapps
1 splash orange juice
4 to 5 ounces ginger ale, to taste
Lime slice, for garnish

1. Gather the ingredients.
2. Build the whiskey, schnapps, and juice in a collins glass filled with ice.
3. Top with ginger ale.
4. Garnish with a lime slice. Serve and enjoy.
